Operator Support

C'treat R.O. watermaker designs make them simple-to-operate and easy-to-maintain by offshore platform personnel. All normal maintenance can be performed offshore, reducing dependence on shore-based facilities.

C'treat has dedicated Operator Support personnel who maintain routine, proactive after-sale contact with customers providing high quality training, problem solving, and maintenance assistance on an as needed basis.

C’treat support is available around the world from factory-trained technicians and we offer parts and consumables stock in Houston, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, SheKou, Aberdeen and Bangkok.
